Anglea Yeh

Angela Yeh is a passionate organizational change management leader with over 20 years of experience in program management and business operations.

Her unwavering commitment to transformative initiatives, ensuring stakeholder readiness, and fostering change adoption has yielded desired outcomes and optimized benefits.

Vice President

Meg Enderby, MBA, CCMP

With experience in corporate retail, tech, consulting, and the social sector, Meg is an experienced change and transformation leader.

Having spent her career in strategy and operations, Meg works at the center of enterprise-wide portfolio, program, and change management.

Tara Beckman

Tara has over 20 years of change management and human capital experience at Deloitte Consulting, PeopleFirm, Nike, and Portland General Electric.

Tara is a founding Board Member of the ACMP PNW Chapter. She is proud of the integral role she has played in standing up the first U.S. chapter of ACMP Global.

Ross Henderson

Ross has over 15 years hands on experience in leading business process improvement projects and identifying associated change management requirements and strategies.

He has extensive experience in utility industry operations and substantial experience in financial systems operations and internal controls.

Darby Bukowski

Darby is passionate about driving meaningful transformation, improving organizational efficiency, and empowering individuals to adapt and thrive in evolving environments.

Her expertise includes go-to-market strategies, organizational design, program management initiatives, and M&A integration frameworks.

Jeremy Kredlo

As an OCM Manager with 20+ years of experience, Jeremy's specialty lies in navigating the intricate people side of change, ensuring seamless adoption of innovative strategies and frameworks.

He forges robust relationships through authenticity, transparency, trust, and collaboration to align stakeholders and realize the future state vision.

Partnership Director

Balbinder Banda

Balbinder is a Change and Project Management expert with extensive experience in tool and process implementations. She has led initiatives at Slalom, Nike, Intel, and was a Founder at Glacier Group Training.

As the Partnership Director for ACMP PNW, she is excited to manage the chapter's sponsorship program and build long-lasting partnerships that amplify the PNW Chapter's mission and strategic priorities.
