President
Meg Enderby, MBA, CCMP
Meg is an operational strategist and transformation leader. With experience in tech, corporate retail, consulting, and the social sector, she specializes in building transformation offices to help companies realize new strategic outcomes.
She is passionate about developing change-ready cultures that are adaptable to changing business needs and position teams to do their best work.

Tara Beckman
Tara has over 20 years of change management and human capital experience at Deloitte Consulting, PeopleFirm, Nike, and Portland General Electric.
Tara is a founding Board Member of the ACMP PNW Chapter. She is proud of the integral role she has played in standing up the first U.S. chapter of ACMP Global.

Angela Yeh is a passionate organizational change management leader with over 20 years of experience in program management and business operations.

Ross Henderson
Ross has over 15 years hands on experience in leading business process improvement projects and identifying associated change management requirements and strategies.
He has extensive experience in utility industry operations and substantial experience in financial systems operations and internal controls.

Theresa Staples
Theresa has change management and internal communications expertise in a variety of industries. Her greatest strength the ability to learn and build relationships through curiosity.
She cares about advocating the best outcomes for people while keeping project and company goals in mind.
Marketing & Communications Director
Vanessa Stack
Vanessa brings a deep commitment to organizational excellence, specializing in strategic planning, governance, and process improvement. With expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning and complex change management, she has recently led consulting efforts for state agencies and private business, delivering training and guiding sustainable growth. A servant leader at heart, Vanessa values transparency, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

Roann Nicolet
Roann brings more than 15 years of change management experience within the IT and healthcare sectors. Her unique approach combines creativity, fun, and innovation to drive engagement and organizational transformation.
She lives by the mantra, "Be the change you want to see in the world." This belief fuels her passion for leading change and championing the discipline of Change Management.
Partnership Director
Balbinder Banga
Balbinder is a Change and Project Management expert with extensive experience in tool and process implementations. She has led initiatives at Slalom, Nike, Intel, and was a Founder at Glacier Group Training.
As the Partnership Director for ACMP PNW, she is excited to manage the chapter's sponsorship program and build long-lasting partnerships that amplify the PNW Chapter's mission and strategic priorities.

Darby Bukowski
It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Darby Bukowski, our Seattle Community Engagement Director, and a cherished member of the ACMP community. Darby passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, due to complications during childbirth, just one day after welcoming her son, Wyatt, into the world.
